  Larch extract is a complex plant extract derived from larch tree roots, bark, needles, and wood through aqueous extraction, alcohol extraction, and resin purification. The industry primarily classifies it into two core components: taxifolin (also known as luteolin) and arabinogalactan, while also containing active polyphenols and polysaccharides such as proanthocyanidins, tannins, and terpene volatile oils.

Source: Highest concentration found in larch roots, representing the most valuable component of larch extract
Appearance:  off-white crystalline powder, slightly bitter, soluble in hot water and ethanol.

2. Arabinogalactan (AG Polysaccharide)
A water-soluble plant polysaccharide obtained via aqueous extraction from larch wood or roots, with purity exceeding 90%. It functions as both a thickening agent and an immune modulator.
