Desmopressin Acetate is a synthetic nine-peptide compound based on the structure of natural arginine vasopressin. It is also the most mature vasopressin analog raw material currently used in the pharmaceutical field. Its core active ingredient is the monomer of acetate desmopressin, without any other functional additives. Its molecular structure has been modified based on the terminal structure of natural vasopressin, removing the active groups that can easily cause vasoconstriction and uterine contractions, while retaining and strengthening the core activities of antidiuresis and coagulation promotion.
