Glucoraphanin is extracted from mature broccoli seeds as the main raw material. The content of rapeseed glucosinolate in the seeds is much higher than that in the stems and leaves, and the raw material base has higher activity. The production process adopts low-temperature water extraction + membrane separation purification technology. No harmful chemical solvents are used throughout the process. Through multi-stage filtration, plant fibers, ash, heavy metals and other impurities are removed. Then, it is vacuumly dried at low temperature and ground into powder, retaining the natural activity to the greatest extent. Glucoraphanin is a white to light beige crystalline powder. The high-purity grade is slightly white, while the low-content food grade has a slight hint of yellow. The powder is fine and uniform, without lumps or hard clumps, with excellent fluidity, and no visible impurities under the naked eye. It has a mild smell, with a faint natural plant herbal aroma, without pungent odors or rancid tastes. After dissolution, there is no strong odor, and it will not interfere with the aroma of the final product.
